Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Brijwasi Bhajiya & Sweets (https://brijwasibhajiya.com). Since we deal in fresh food items, sweets, and perishable goods, our return and refund policies are designed to maintain hygiene, food safety, and the highest quality standards.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

 

2. Cancellations

  • On-Demand Orders (Immediate Delivery): Orders for immediate delivery/preparation cannot be cancelled or modified once our kitchen has started preparing the food or once it has been dispatched for delivery.

  • Pre-booked / Bulk Orders: If you have placed a bulk order for an event or festival in advance, you may cancel it up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time. To request a cancellation, please call us directly at +91 8209682720.

 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We take utmost care in packaging and quality control. However, if you receive an incorrect order, or if the food packaging is severely damaged during transit, we are here to make it right:

  • You must report the issue to us within 2 hours of receiving the delivery.

  • To report an issue, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 8209682720 or email us at brijwasibhajiya@gmail.com with your Order ID and a clear photo/video of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • Upon verification, we will either arrange for a fresh replacement or issue a partial/full refund.

 

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved by our management team:

  • Online Payments: The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, approved refunds will be transferred via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or Bank Transfer to an account provided by you.

 

5. Delivery Failures (Unclaimed Deliveries)

We cannot offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • The delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

  • Our delivery partner was unable to reach you or contact you on the phone number provided at the time of delivery.

  • The recipient refused to accept the package at the door.
